While I am capable of waking up early and am not particularly grouchy or monster-esque in the mornings, early mornings are still not my thing. By early I mean anything before 7:30 or 8am. Therefore, this On-Ramp CrossFit course that I started this morning at 6am is a little bit outside of my preferred waking hours.
So here I lie in bed, posting quickly as I must be “early to bed, early to rise” several days this week. Tomorrow is a double day, CrossFit training/short workout and running so my sleep is extra important!
